You (Season Three)

It’s back! Picking up where season two left off; as Joe and Love move to the suburbs to start a new life with their baby, can they really leave the past behind them and start afresh as a nice ‘normal’ family? Well, the trailer tells us it doesn’t last long before Joe’s obsessive behaviour and Love’s compulsion erupts into a nightmare. The ten-episode,  psychological thriller series has a huge following and fans have been waiting eagerly for this latest instalment that stars Penn Badgley and Victoria Pedretti. Based on the original Caroline Kepnes novel ‘What Would You Do For Love?’

The Forgotten Battle

This wartime film is set during World War II and the story unfolds from the perspective of three characters. A Dutch soldier, a British pilot and a young woman from Zeeland who has joined the resistance. Directed by Matthijs van Heijningen Jr. the movie is the second most expensive Dutch film ever made. In tri-lingual language, the narrative uses the events of the autumn of 1944 as a backdrop to the story of the fictional characters. Starring Gijs Blom, Jamie Flatters and Susan Radder the two-hour-long film sees the three characters make decisions that impact themselves but more importantly, impact those around them and further afield.

Misfit: The Series

When a new headmistress arrives, the school is brought into order. The pupils are made to wear a uniform and all squads are cancelled, forbidden even. But these youngsters won’t be downtrodden. The Misfits are determined to continue with their musical production at all costs. Think Glee meets High School Musical in blue and yellow and you won’t be far off with this Dutch kid’s show. The series consists of eight episodes and is a spin-off from the popular movie trilogy Misfit, Misfit 2 and Misfit De Finale. It stars a number of Dutch YouTubers and TikTok Influencers including Djamila who plays the lead Julia in all of the movies and the series.
