One of the great things about Netflix is their Netflix Original content – be it films or series made by Netflix themselves or exclusive content available only on Netflix after it airs on regular TV. Every week we will give you a round-up of the new Netflix Originals becoming available in the next week. We will aim to post every week on Thursday evening with what will be available over the coming week. Perfect if you’re looking to check out what new Originals are available to watch over your weekend or if you’re planning a week-long Netflix binge-watch! This area is exclusively for Netflix Originals, for general Netflix additions and removals or to view the current full catalogue check out your regional New On Netflix website.

‘Ryan Reynolds’ heads up a team of super-talented individuals that have been chosen to abandon their own lives to lead new ones for the greater good. Pronounced dead, the team are able to seemingly work invisibly to right wrongs and protect the world from danger. Their identities are not available to be discovered, they have chosen to lead new lives and their main aim is to protect and serve, oh and to know that people will not remember them but the work they have done.

Don’t F**ck With Cats: Hunting An Internet Killer
Ok so you might be forgiven for thinking this is a hilarious series of YouTube clips showing cats retaliating against humans in the way only cats can do, however, despite its eye-catching title, this is a documentary series investigating the man behind the mysterious account that posted a video apparently of himself taking the life of two kittens. I know right, no one wants to see that but see that they did, in their thousands and so a manhunt began to find the one responsible for such an atrocity. People across the globe began to search for this killer before he turned to kill humans but were they too late?

Soundtrack (Season One)
It’s not often we see a musical drama on Netflix but ‘Soundtrack’ is just that. If you’re into all things musical this may already be on your radar but if you’re not and you detest the idea of characters bursting into song mid-scene – this isn’t the show for you. Set in Los Angeles ‘Soundtrack’ is the story of two artists struggling to make their dreams come true. There is laughter, success, love and loss and not particularly in that order. This modern-day musical includes hits from artists such as ‘Amy Winehouse’, ‘Etta James’, ‘Bruno Mars’, and ‘The Weekend’.

After The Raid
Netflix describes this documentary film as dark, cultural and emotional which pretty much sums up the content, to be honest. A small US town experiences a raid on immigration. There are deportations as a result. The film shows how it happened and the effects felt by those lucky enough to stay and their neighbours. In a church community called to ‘love thy neighbour,’ we see what that really means in these devastating circumstances.
