Every week we will give you a round-up of the new Netflix Originals becoming available in the next week. Brene Brown is a social-work, research professor at the University of Huston. Brown has turned what she has studied into this one woman ‘Ted-Talk’ like show, she looks at what it means to have courage and why we should be courageous in our lives.

Another ‘mockumentary’ from Netflix starring ‘Chris Lilley’ as all six characters of the series. From an ex-pornstar to a dog whisperer, ‘Lunatics’ follows these ‘unbelievable’ characters as they go about their everyday lives.

A teacher of music learns the singing protege he once tutored, who claimed to love him, is returning to his home town to perform her show. After eight years travelling with her tour, he has not heard from her and can scarcely believe she is to return. Her appearance evokes emotions that he can not ignore.

Looking for a feel-good movie that’s short (1hr 32 mins) and sweet and features breakups, comedy and has all the feels? Yep? Then this is the movie for you this week! Jenny finds herself single again after a nine-year, long term relationship comes to an end. What other way is there to deal with such a life-changing blow than to gather up your BFF’s and hit the town for one big adventure?

Grass is Greener

A detailed look at the historical use of marijuana in the US and how it was depicted then and now. The dangers of pairing a drug with culture and race and even propaganda used in ‘the war on drugs’ are examined in this documentary directed and narrated by hip-hop star ‘Fab 5 Freddy’. The informational piece features interviews with rapper ‘Snoop Dogg’.
