One of the great things about Netflix is their Netflix Original content – be it films or series made by Netflix themselves or exclusive content available only on Netflix after it airs on regular TV. Every week we will give you a round-up of the new Netflix Originals becoming available in the next week. We will aim to post every week on Thursday evening with what will be available over the coming week. Perfect if you’re looking to check out what new Originals are available to watch over your weekend or if you’re planning a week-long Netflix binge watch! Will Juanita continue on her journey or is this the forever she was looking for? Based on the book ‘Dancing on The Edge of The Roof’ by Sheila Williams this heartfelt movie stars the highly accomplished ‘Alfre Woodard’ in the lead role.

We all know there’s no fury like a woman scorned, right? A rich widow discovers she has been seduced and cruelly discarded by a Marquis she had fallen in love with. She forms a plan of revenge, however, as she is no longer the object of his affection, enlists a younger woman’s help to teach him a lesson, in this romantic and witty, French period drama.

Shadow (Season One)

A South African cop sacrifices his badge to go freelance. His new found ‘vigilante’ status leaves him fighting for justice on the streets for those who can’t fight for themselves. Oh, and a freak accident where he was struck by lightning, means he can’t feel any pain. That’s gotta help, right? Starring Pallance Dladla and Amanda Du-Pont, this South African series looks set to blow up our screens.

Walk. Ride. Rodeo

Next up is an inspirational true story of a young girl who’s whole life is riding rodeo until her car and her world is turned upside down in a car accident leaving her without the use of her legs. Learning to accept her limitations is the only thing that will help Amberley Snyder (Spencer Locke) push through them and get back in the saddle. Inspirational usually means leaking eyes so get your tissues at the ready and let’s do this, Netflix lovers!

Jimmy Carr: The The Best of Ultimate Gold Greatest Hits

British stand-up comedian and comedy show host Jimmy Carr brings his ‘The Best of Ultimate Gold Greatest Hits’ tour to Netflix in this Stand-Up Comedy Special, Global Original. With over a decade of stand up comedy up his sleeve, Jimmy compiled his best jokes and set off on a world tour in 2015 and now said show and that infamous laugh will be available on Netflix globally from Monday!
