In late 2018 Netflix teased that they were working on an anime film of “Altered Carbon” that is set in the same universe as the live action series. Season 2 of the live action show, starring Anthony Mackie, arrived recently and the new anime film, “Altered Carbon: Resleeved”, will arrive on March 19th. The film is set in the same universe as the live-action series and will explore new elements of the story mythology.
