After it’s cinematic release in the UK last October, the British horror movie “The Ritual” is now set to hit Netflix everywhere else in the world – only the UK and Latin America will miss out.
Reuniting after the tragic death of their best mate, four old friends from university set out to hike through the Scandinavian wilderness. But a wrong turn leads them into the dark and mysterious forests of Norse legend, where an ancient evil still exists and stalks them at every turn.
“The Ritual” arrives on Netflix on February 9th.
If the UK and Latin America will “miss out” then it’s not “worldwide”. You gave me hope, then casually dashed it in a parenthetical aside. BOOOOOOOOO!!!
Why is it everywhere gets this British movie except the UK WTF
I see in the UK it’s now on Rakuten TV (currently purchase only £8.99) and I’ve also seen in a newsletter from author Adam Neville that it may go to Sky Cinema. It seems the UK distribution is through eOne which is different to the rest of the world – go figure!
“After it is cinematic release”
Perfect journalism right here
Maybe read the whole sentence then it makes more sense…
The grammar is correct.
“It’s” isn’t always a contraction of “it is”. The apostrophe in this case indicates the possessive.
