Could Netflix be a New Home for Formula 1?

Liberty Media, the conglomerate that owns Formula 1, are reported to be in talks with Netflix about streaming rights from 2018. The report from AutoWeek quotes F1’s commercial chief Sean Bratches as saying “We are talking to Netflix about a collaboration from 2018 onwards.” While it is highly unlikely that Netflix will be given live streaming rights, it could be an interesting way home for replays, highlights and special features.

What are your thoughts on Netflix potentially branching out into sports?

    1. Seen this but I think f1 is going to have its own streaming direct from the f1 website. This may happen but it’s not certain although if it does I’m laughing as you already have it lol x

    1. They never add anything decent anymore they remove things then next week they putting them on and calling it new content. Or they change pictures of stuff that’s been on for ages to make you think it’s something different! Amazon have better movies but dont really have as many good tv series

  1. That would be great if it the full races with extras . Just like Sky but not live. I been watching formula E instead at least we get full races fed up of edited highlights
