“Friends From College” Cancelled at Netflix After Two Seasons

Netflix Original comedy series “Friends From College” will not be returning for a third season. The show, from the team that brought us “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” and “Neighbours” (“Bad Neighbours” in the UK), followed a group of friends who went to college together at Harvard and met up again in their mid-forties. The cancellation was announced by the show’s creator Nicholas Stoller on twitter:

The show centers on a group of friends who went to Harvard together and are now facing down their forties and experiencing a range of success, or lack thereof, both professionally and domestically. With interwoven and oftentimes complicated relationships with one another, the series is a comedic exploration of old friendships, former romantic entanglements and balancing adult life with nostalgia for the past.
