Netflix Original comedy series “Grace and Frankie” has been renewed for its 7th and final season and will be a longer-than-usual 16-episode season. Season 6 is due to arrive in 2020 (probably mid-January). The series, starring Jane Fonda and Lilly Tomlin, follows two women whose lives are suddenly turned upside down when their husbands reveal they are gay and leave them for each other.
A message was posted on Twitter saying “You have laughed with us, cried with us and grew old with us. Today we announce Grace & Frankie has been renewed for what will be our seventh and final season.” as well as stating that it will make it the longest running Original series in Netflix’s history only just beating Orange Is The New Black’s 91 episodes due to the longer final season. Grace & Frankie will have a total of 94 episodes by the end of Season 7.
