Holiday RomCom Series “DASH & LILY” Cancelled at Netflix

Fans of Netflix’s teen series “DASH & LILY” won’t be getting a Christmas gift from Netflix this year as the streamer has cancelled the show after just one season. The series is based on the popular series of books by David Levithan and Rachel Cohn and stars Midori Francis as Lily alongside Austin Abrams as Dash. The series follows cynical Dash and optimistic Lily who, during a whirlwind Holiday romance, trade dares, dreams, and desires in the notebook they pass back and forth at locations all across New York City. It soon turns out that they have more in common with each other than they would have expected.

The series, thankfully, had its own ending although it would have been interesting to see how their stories would have evolved over another season or two.
