Netflix has announced a new adult animated anthology series from David Fincher (“Fight Club”) and Tim Miller (“Deadpool”) “Love, Death & Robots” due for release at some point this year. The anthology series is made up of 18 episodes that will be between 5 and 15 minutes in length and featuring a number of different styles: “a crazy variety of animation styles from around the world — everything from 2D to photorealistic 3D CGI.” Some first look images are shown below. Various genres are covered from comedy, tragedy, horror and more.
Love, Death & Robots is a collection of animated short stories that span the science fiction, fantasy, horror and comedy genres. With a bold approach to each story’s narrative, episodes are intended to be easy to watch and hard to forget.
