Netflix Announces April Release Date for Supernatural Series “Chambers” Starring Uma Thurman

Netflix has announced the release date and first look images for their new supernatural series “Chambers” written and created by Leah Rachel and produced by Stephen Gaghan. The series stars Uma Thurman (“Pulp Fiction”, “Kill Bill”) as the mother of a heart donor and Tony Goldwyn (“The Mechanic”, “Scandal”). The 10-episode series arrives on April 26th and we can expect a trailer soon.

A young heart attack survivor becomes consumed by the mystery surrounding the heart that saved her life. However, the closer she gets to uncovering the truth about her donor’s sudden death, the more she starts taking on the characteristics of the deceased — some of which are troublingly sinister.

Thurman will play Nancy in the series – the mother of a heart donor who forges a hesitant relationship with the young recipient only to find out her daughter may not be as dead as she thought…
