Netflix Halt House of Cards Production Amid Kevin Spacey Allegations

Netflix and Media Rights Capital (MRC) have today announced that they will immediately suspend the production of House of Cards series 6 until further notice, whilst it looks into the recent allegations that have been made against the star of the show Kevin Spacey.

MRC and Netflix have decided to suspend production on House of Cards season six, until further notice, to give us time to review the current situation and to address any concerns of our cast and crew.

Yesterday it was announced that season 6 would be the last whilst many people believe that was also due to the same allegations a Netflix representative had said the decision was made months ago.

    1. I don’t care if he’s guilty, I want House of Cards. For me, that’s more reason to get the show done NOW before he gets convicted or not.

Don’t get me wrong, people need to face consequences of their actions etc, but while he is innocent (ie, until proven guilty) finish the series.

  1. makes sense from a business perspective.. if he is guilty they are protecting their interests.. but still sucks for the fans of the show etc.. but still.. i hope the truth comes out sooner rather than later..
