Netflix has announced that newcomer Taylor Perez and Maisie Richardson-Sellers (“Legends of Tomorrow”, “The Originals”) will join The Kissing Booth’s Joey King, Joel Courtney, Jacob Elordi, Meganne Young, Carson White and Molly Ringwald for “The Kissing Booth 2” scheduled for release in 2020. The original film was released in May 2018 and was a coming-of-age movie based on Beth Reekles’ self-published novel of the same name. Late-bloomer Elle has never been kissed and decides to set up a kissing booth at he high school’s Spring Carnival only to end up locking lips with her secret crush Noah. The problem is that Noah is off limits as he’s the brother of Elle’s best friend Lee. Should she follow the friendship rules or follow her heart?
