Back in the 1980’s Henry Lee Lucas confessed to hundreds of murders and was able to sketch details pictures of the victims and giving detailed descriptions of the victim’s brutal attacks. There was, however, no direct evidence linking Lucas to the crimes. A number of journalists and attorneys started to spot flaws in his alleged timelines and, as DNA evidence started to improve, his confessions were contradicted.
