You can now see the trailer for the upcoming Korean Netflix Original series “Kingdom” which is, essentially, a Korean period piece about a zombie plague. “Kingdom” arrives January 25th, 2019. In a kingdom defeated by corruption and famine, a mysterious plague spreads to turn the infected into monsters. The crown prince, framed for treason and desperate to save his people, sets out on a journey to unveil what evil lurks in the dark.
In this zombie thriller set in Korea’s medieval Joseon dynasty, a crown prince is sent on a suicide mission to investigate a mysterious outbreak.
That looks class. I heard it’s from the people who did #LastTraintoBusan did this.

I’ve got no problem with foreign language shows but over the last few months it seems Netflix have chucked more at us then ever before.
They’re cheap. Probably free in a lot of cases. Trying to establish things like “Korean Zombie Period” as a genre in the west could make some Koreans seriously wealthy if they manage to pull it off.
This is a Netflix Original. Pretty sure it was neither free or cheap…
New On Netflix UK it’s looks very costly but that’s not my point mine is the UK Netflix is getting flooded with foreign shows some of which I watch but I would like to see more English ideas come through.
Foreign doesn’t mean bad though…
New On Netflix UK agree watching the protector now but sometimes I just want to chill and not read subtitles
Korean Zombie Period sounds bad. Maybe it’s like Snakes on a Plane’s point was it was good to be bad.
Either way, it sounds baaaaad 😀
Ronnie Wilson True. They’re difficult to watch while doing the ironing!
Would be good if more non-English Originals has English audio option.
New On Netflix UK I’d love if the zombie show came with English audio
Shalini Subramaniam Eric Kung now this one sounds interesting.
Vicki Hartley you had me at korean
