Netflix has released the trailer and some first look images for their upcoming film “Bird Box” starring Sandra Bullock, Trevante Rhodes, with Sarah Paulson, and John Malkovich. The thriller is based on the novel by Josh Malerman and arrives on December 21st. It tells the story of a mysterious force that decimates the world’s population leaving only one thing certain: if you see it, you take your life. Facing the unknown, Malorie finds love, hope and a new beginning only for it to unravel. She must then flee with her two children down a treacherous river to the one place left that may offer sanctuary. But to survive, they’ll have to undertake the perilous two-day journey blindfolded.
The book is fabulous. Really looking forward to the film.
