See the Creepy Trailer for “The Haunting of Bly Manor” from Mike Flanagan – Coming October

Netflix has released the final trailer for the upcoming horror series “The Haunting of Bly Manor” – the sequel series to Mike Flanagan’s “The Haunting of Hill House”. The show, which arrives on October 9th, features a number of original cast members from “…Hill House” including Kate Siegel, Henry Thomas, Victoria Pedretti and Oliver Jackson-Cohen. Other cast members include iZombie’s Rahul Kohli who will pay a character who has returned to the country to take care of his mother; Catherine Parker, who played Poppy Hill in “…Hill House” will return; T’Nia Miller and Amelia Eve are joining the cast as well; There are also two children’s roles: Amelie Smith as Flora and Benjamin Ainsworth as Miles.

The new 9-episode series, part of an anthology, is based on Henry James’ novel “The Turn Of The Screw” and celebrated horror director Mike Flanagan has returned. “Turn of The Screw” is set in a country mansion in Essex, UK where the governess believes the building is haunted while she’s also looking after two children.

The Haunting of Bly Manor is the follow-up to 2018’s The Haunting of Hill House. Arriving October 9th, this new chapter in the Haunting anthology series revolves around Bly Manor and the lives of its inhabitants, both living and dead. The Haunting of Bly Manor stars Victoria Pedretti, Henry Thomas, Oliver Jackson-Cohen, Kate Siegel, T’Nia Miller, Rahul Kohli, Benjamin Evan Ainsworth, Amelie Smith and Amelia Eve.

    1. I believe it’s a new story based on the work of Henry James, in particular the Turn of the Screw.

      Think it’s basically an anthology show so we’ll get a third haunted house story if it’s renewed. 🙂
