Stretch Armstrong is Coming to Netflix in a New Series from Hasbro Studios

Hasbro are no stranger to TV/movie spin-offs of the toys (Transformers, Battleships etc) and they have just released details of a new series coming exclusively to Netflix starring none other than your stretchy friend Stretch Armstrong. Made famous in the late 70’s and re-branded multiple times, the toy is a doll that can, well… erm… it can stretch. Oh, and he has strong arms. Something like that…

The new kid’s animation “Stretch Armstrong and the Flex Fighters” is due to arrive on Netflix later in the year and will bring new life into the brand.

Stretch Armstrong and the Flex Fighters follows high school student Jake Armstrong and his two best friends Nathan Park and Ricardo Perez who are accidentally exposed to an experimental chemical that forever changes their seemingly normal lives, transforming them into unlikely heroes who embark on a series of adventures.

We’ll update you once we have more information on the dates and any trailers.
