Swedish Drag Queen Dramedy “Dancing Queens” Will Arrive in June

Netflix has announced that their Swedish drama/comedy film “Dancing Queens” will arrive globally on June 3rd. The film follows Dylan Pettersson (Molly Nutley), a 23 year old girl from a small island in the Bohuslän archipelago who has always wanted to be a dancer. She takes a job cleaning at the struggling drag club ‘Queens’ where the club’s star dancer and choreographer (Fredrik Quiñones) accidentally discovers Dylan’s talent. Dylan desperately wants to be a part of the show, but she’s a girl – and it’s a drag show. However, where there’s a will, there’s a way.
