Netflix has made a series order for “The Magic Order” based on their MillarWorld comic of the same name. James Wan (“Aquaman”) and Lindsey Beer (“Chaos Walking”, “Sierra Burgess is a Loser”) will be executive producing the show which follows five magicians and their families as they try to protect the world while they are being killed off one-by-one. Wan will direct he first episode and Beer will serve as write/showrunner for the series. The first arc of the comic series has recently been made available as a graphic novel so if you’re not familiar with the story and are too late to buy the comics then feel free to check it out.
