The actress who played Nellie Crain (photo: middle) in last year’s hit horror show “The Haunting of Hill House” is set to return for the follow on series in the anthology, albeit as a different character. Victoria Pedretti will play Dani in “The Haunting of Bly Manor”, based on Henry James’ novel “The Turn Of The Screw”, a governess who takes care of two very unusual children.
Carla Gugino, who played the mother Olivia Crain is also said to be in talks to be involved in the second series. Celebrated horror director Mike Flanagan will return and the show is scheduled to be released in 2020. “Turn of The Screw” is set in a country mansion in Essex, UK where the governess believes the building is haunted while she’s also looking after two children.
