According to Vodzilla we’re in for some treats with regards to new additions on Netflix UK throughout May. As well as all the global Netflix Originals we post about separately there are a lot of great shows and films on their way – especially for the kids and fans of the horror genre.
It’s been a while since we had some good additions for the younger viewers so May’s additions are more than welcome (although having them over the Easter break may have been helpful). First we have two Dreamworks’ Animation films being added with “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2” (3rd May) and “Shrek” (18th May) – the latter completing the full Shrek quadrilogy on Netflix UK. Stop motion animation films “Chicken Run“ (1st May) and “James and The Giant Peach” (31st May) will also be added this month along with the classic “Jumanji“ (31st May) making a welcome return.
Horror fans have a good selection for May too. Highlights include British movie “The Descent” (1st May) where a caving expedition goes fatally wrong when some flesh-eating creatures make an appearance. Two films returning to Netflix UK include Joss Whedon’s “The Cabin in The Woods“ (25th May) and “Resident Evil“ (1st May). Joining them will be “Silent Hill” based on the classic horror game.
TV series have some great additions for UK Netflix throughout May. Firstly we have lots of new seasons of Netflix Originals such as “House of Cards“ (season 5, 30th May), “Sense8“ (season 2, 5th May), “Master of None“ (season 2, 12th May), “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt“ (season 3, 19th May) and “F Is for Family“ (season 2, 30th May). We also have season 12 of comedy series “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia“ (7th May) to look forward to. But how can we forget the 3rd and final series of “Bloodline“ which arrives on 26th May.
Don’t forget our list of all weekly episodes on Netflix UK and please let us know what you’re looking forward to this month.

When will The Keepers be available on British Netflix ?
I swear contact, fortress, david brent were down for march and never happened.
I’ve found VODzilla.co to be a very reliable source. However, as with all things like this, the key part is “subject to change”. They may have been scheduled before but licenses can change…
Best bet is to suggest them to Netflix. See FAQ 7 for how to: https://uk.newonnetflix.info/faq
Lol thats a joke keep trying and just keep getting netflix error
James Green Avalon Cowley Sophie Hiscox Tim Baker Gaily Waily-Woo Brad Thomas season 12 always sunny!!
Kay Box The link I posted works. Just checked. https://help.netflix.com/en/titlerequest
I assume by ‘they’ you mean American Netflix? Different licenses. Sky will likely have the rights to Doctor Strange in the UK – subscribe to Now TV Movies at £9.99 a month and you can probably get it.
Yes but when you go to send it says netflix error
Anvil! The story of Anvil! YES!!! GREAT movie!!
Any news on season 2 of The Expanse ?
