You Can Now Remove Titles From Your Continue Watching Row on Netflix

There have probably been plenty of times when you start a TV series and decide it’s not for you, or you give a new comedy special a try but don’t fall in love with their style. But then you’re stuck with them showing in the ‘Continue Watching’ row on Netflix just to remind you that there are some things that you don’t like… There are also occasional times when you’ve completed a series but it still shows in the COntinue Watching row. It’s annoying, isn’t it?

However, Netflix has released a new feature to allow you to remove titles from the Continue Watching row so you can be slightly less annoyed and have a fresh, active list of titles you genuinely want to Continue Watching. At present the feature is only available on the Android app but should launch on iOS app in the next few days. All you need to do is scroll down to the Continue Watching row and tap on the 3 dots under the title you wish to remove. From here you get a pop up with the option to ‘Remove from row’ – tap on that and it’s gone! Note, however, that there is no undo feature! This is also separate from removing it from your watch history – it simply hides it from the Continue Watching row.

In this example, I had actually finished “Roll Red Roll” but it was still showing in the Continue Watching row – I may as well get rid of it!

  1. This is great. I watched Bandersnatch twice but (possibly because of the “choose your own adventure” aspect of it) it still shows as I’ve only watched it about a third of the way through which annoys me. Will be removing it asap now xxx
